Gemma Elsbury
IT ManagerGemma is the IT Manager at Optima Systems. She is originally from Reading but has settled in West Sussex with her Partner, Goldendoodle and 3 cats!
Gemma worked for several years in Insurance running claims until a previous boss realised how good she was at IT and was given a position within the IT department. Since then she has worked her way up the ranks from 1st line support to IT Manager.
In 2016, Gemma joined Optima’s network team. Her main priority is to provide support to our clients and internal staff. Gemma also takes care of the day to day running of the networking team, making sure all issues are solved within SLA’s and clients are happy with the support we provide.
