Our support is very much proactive, we will keep all systems up to date and any non-vital reboots will be performed out of office hours to minimise disruption to you and your staff. All this means you can relax knowing that your servers are being monitored 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

We have an incredibly flexible range of support plans which can be tailored to meet the needs of your business. We don’t insist on long contracts and the level of support can be adjusted at any time. Many of our clients have been with us for many years, in many cases we actually installed the first server the business require and have gone on to add more or upgrade them as technology advances. Our clients are all completely different. We give them support depending on their needs. Much of what we do can be performed remotely which means it can usually get done quicker. We are always available to talk directly on the phone and do try and visit our clients as much as is practical. We are and always have been a very people based company.

Phone Support

Traditional tech support and still very popular with many of our clients. Call at any time and speak to your engineer. This will be an engineer assigned to you. You won’t have to explain the problem repeatedly to different people.

Remote Support

Remote support is amazingly effective and we now believe that we can solve 99% of PC problems remotely. An engineer will simply ‘dial in’ to your PC and resolve the issues while you sit back and have a coffee.

On-site Support

We are happy to make on site visits to our clients. Although most problems can now be solved remotely there are some for which a visit is the most appropriate. It also helps us keep our client relationships on a personal level!
