Tristan Williams
Network Engineer
Tristan is a Network Engineer at Optima Systems. He has always had a keen interest in IT, studying throughout School at The Weald, in Billingshurst, before moving onto an Extended IT Diploma at Chichester College.
After having a few voluntary jobs in the IT Sector, he got his first full time role, where he gained 18 months of experience as a First Line Technician. After a successful application he joined Optima Systems in January 2020.
His role at Optima means he is responsible for day to day handling of incoming tickets and phone calls as part of our Network Support Team. He also handles jobs such as performing backups and making sure things are running as they should. Tristan also performs site visits when required and enjoys being face to face with the customers he is supporting.
